This page describes how the website is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing operations related to the web services of this site take place at the registered office and are only handled by authorized personnel, or by those responsible for occasional maintenance operations.
No data from the web service is disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who forward requests for the sending of informative material (bulletins, Cd-roms, catalogs, price lists, answers to questions, various acts, etc.), are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested. Any marketing activities are put in place only after collecting the appropriate consent of the data subject.


TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

The subjects to whom the personal data refer have at any time the right to request access to and rectification of the data, deletion of the data, restriction of processing, the right to object to their processing, as well as the right to data portability; they also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority.

Policy to customers and suppliers issued by Zivan S.r.l. pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679

This policy is prepared and issued pursuant to Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (also referred to hereafter simply as the European Regulation), which has introduced significant regulatory changes. This notice therefore, updates and replaces any previous versions issued before now.
That said, it is noted that:
1) as a result of the establishment of the business relationship and in the course of the conduct thereof, our company will be collecting and processing your personal data;
2) we specify to you as of now for clarity, the following definitions given by the aforementioned European Regulation:

 

Personal data: means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference in particular to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more features of his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity;

Processing: means any operation or set of operations, whether or not by automated means, applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction.

All of the above, in compliance with Article 13 of the European Regulation 2016/679,

we hereby inform you

that the collection and processing of your personal data will be carried out by the writing company in accordance with the following:

a) purposes: the data will be processed for the proper performance of accounting, fiscal, commercial, technical and all business activities in general inherent to the existing relationship; 
b) advertising purpose: the data may possibly be used, subject to your specific and explicit consent, also for sending advertising material/communications by mail, e-mail, telephone, fax, sms and the like; after having given your consent, it is however your right to oppose, at any time and without cost, the processing of your data for this purpose;
c) modalities: the data will be processed with both paper and electronic/computer/telematic tools/supports, in full compliance with the law, according to principles of lawfulness and fairness and in a way that protects your confidentiality; 
d) optional provision: the provision of data is optional and not mandatory;                    
e) consequences of a possible refusal: the refusal to provide the data or the complete opposition to their processing, may however result in the impossibility to continue any business relationship or any other nature with our company; the refusal to use the data for sending material/advertising communications, will instead have no consequences on the intercurrent present or future relationships;
f) subjects or categories of subjects (recipients) to whom the data may be communicated or disseminated: the data may be communicated to third parties only to fulfill legal or contractual obligations. Your data may also be communicated to companies that are part of “Zapi Group”, only and exclusively for legal obligations such as the proper management of administrative, accounting and tax obligations inherent to the existing relationship and/or to satisfy certain of your requests. The data will not be disseminated under any circumstances; 
g) persons authorized to process: the data will be processed exclusively by company employees in the administrative and commercial sector, specifically authorized for this purpose;
h) automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling): no automated decision-making processes are in any way managed;
i) rights of the data subject: you have all the rights enshrined in the European Regulation, such as the right to request access to and rectification of personal data, deletion of personal data, restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability. He/she also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority;
j) transfers to third countries: any transfers of personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization will take place on the basis of an adequacy decision by the Commission or, in the case of transfers referred to in Articles 46, 47 or 49, second paragraph, of the European Regulation, on the basis of appropriate and adequate safeguards;
k) data retention period: data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to meet the requests of the data subject or in accordance with the provisions of current regulations or any contractual clauses;
l) data controller: the data controller is Zivan S.r.l., with registered office in Poviglio (RE), Via Bertona n. 63/1, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore;
